Comparison of Frequentist and Bayesian analysis in ANOVA post-hoc settings

Simple Shiny app to compare parametric and Bayes post hoc testing

It allows user to specify the one or two factor ANOVA model with interactions and carry out parallel frequentist and Bayesian post hoc testing. Results are presented graphically with significant differences automatically annotated.
